Note: Transit times are not guaranteed timeframes. Carrier delays can be caused by incorrectly completed order form, difficult access to the property, customs, etc. Additional delays may apply during the Christmas holiday season. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and carrier process the orders, which takes an additional 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our partner warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14  business days to arrive at their destination. Most orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. International deliveries to South & Central America, Africa, and some European countries may experience additional delays. Tracking will be updated to reflect any possible delays. 

According to our policy, we cannot cancel orders once they have been processed by our shipping team, so please review your order before confirming your purchase!
